How to Mod an Xbox 360 4gb Version to Run Downloaded Games?

I've heard of something called 'flashing' but how to i do this?
Or is there another way to make the games run?

Please no replies about morals or pirating etc.

Here's the requisite "no morals please" post that you don't want to hear.

Modding your console to play pirated games is illegal and stealing. If you're going to steal, I think you should at least feel guilty about making the rest of us pay more for our legally purchased games. So… please don't ask us to not say anything about you asking us to help you be a thief.
