How to Copy Xbox 360 Games (not Install but Copy)?

I spent my life's saving to buy an Xbox 360 Hard drive 120 GB so that i could copy my friend's cool games on it for me but when i did it, it didn't run without the disc. i checked for solutions on youtube and even downloaded 2 files called NXE2GOD-v1.1-LIVE.zip and NXE2GOD-v1.1-XEX.zip but i don't know what to do next. Please tell me and also will this ban my xbox 360 from Xbox live?
