How to Copy and Burn an Xbox 360 Game with Standard Dvd Drive?

I bought Forza Motorsport 3 when it was released. Xbox got knocked over with it in and now has perfect circle scratch. Paste, wax etc… hasn't worked. I read that copying and burning will though. I keep reading all these programs need a certain dvd drive to burn it or the xbox needs modded….

What programs will successfully work with an Asus g60 and normal xbox 360 when trying to copy and burn xbox 360 games.

Suggestion:

There is no way to play a copied or downloaded and burned disk without doing something to modify the Xbox 360. Microsoft doesn't allow copies of games to work because people could copy rentals or borrowed games for free games.
