Friend Broke Xbox Game What Should I Do?

I went to my friends house and he asked to borrow GTA IV. A couple of days later he told me that his xbox had scratched the game. I've Asked and asked and asked if he could hurry up and get me a new copy but he still hasn't. He broke it in March and it is now October

buy another copy/
go to GAME, Gamestation, Cex and ask if they can fix the disk.
one of my games where scratched by the xbox (a circular scratch) and they fixed it for £2. they have some sort of machiene at bak.

have you seen the disk scratched itself? if not he might be keeping it cause he like's the game.

nah, if ur friends, get over it, i mean, what are friends for?
If you still seriously want it back, just remind him that games cost money, and he cant break one and not pay.
And uh, dont lend to him again….
: Tell him to give you 1 of his games of your choice, and if he refuses, tell your/his parents about it
