Fallout 3 Freezing on Xbox 360?

Hey, whenever I play Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360, after a while it freezes. I had the disk repaired at Game, but it has not helped. Is the problem to do with my game or my Xbox 360? Also, will buying a new copy of the game stop the freezing? Thanks.

Suggestion:

Most games made by fallout's company do stuff likethat. Depeding on how big your harddrive is you could try to install it onto your xbox. If it is your disc you may need to borrow someone elses and install theirs.
