Do New Xbox Games Glitch Alot?

i went out and bought the new splinter cell game today and in the 2nd level i cannot get past a hallway because it freezes every time i try. so i returned it and got a new copy. and it did the same thing. is it my xbox or the game since it came out today?

Splinter Cell: Conviction Bug

After yesterday's news of a nasty bug in the Xbox 360 edition of Splinter Cell: Conviction, Ubisoft is saying that the issue has been resolved and that gamers can relax and resume playing normally.

"If you were seeing freezing in Splinter Cell – it's been resolved. No need to do anything, just play and enjoy," said Ubi via Twitter.
