Can You Get Banned for Having Savefiles from Copied Games on Xbox Live?

I copied a few games for my xbox 360 and play them offline. I never play them online. But i was wondering if they were able to know if your savefiles are from a copied game when i connect to xbox live with a retail game? They probably cant, but i just wanted to make sure
