Can You Copy a Game from a Cd to Your 360 Hard Drive?

I was just wondering if I could copy games from CD's to my 360's hard drive. I have a halo 3 custom xbox and halo 1,2,3 and ODST and was wondering if I could copy those games to my hard drive so I can play them without needing to insert a disc. As well as a yes or no answer, if yes, please give a set of how to instructions. thanks

do you mean copy xbox games to play on a 360?

the 360 allows you to install a game on the hdd and then play the game directly from the hdd
however you still need to have the disc in the machine.

either way

nsert the disc and wait for the play game to show up
then press Y for game options
if its possible
it will allow you to install the gmae to the hdd
