Can I Install Copied Game to Xbox 360?

i wanted to know if there was a way like to use a copied game and istall it to xbox 360 so you have the game on the hard drive and put a orginal game to play it cause i got the game but its scratch so i cant install it so what i want to do is to download a copy of it and install it to the hard drive then use the original game to play it
