Are some games not available for download and you have to buy a physical copy?
Suggestion:
You have to purchase a physical copy. The 360 requires physical media to be in the disc drive in order to run the game. The Xbox Marketplace only has XBOX Classic games and arcade games for full download.
There is a new feature where you can install from a disc and run your games form hard drive – but that isn't what you're looking for here.
BTW: Too Human is definitely a rental…
