Are There Any Legit Game Copying Software out There?

People say that game copy pro is a scam. and maybe it's true. But i need a legit software that can copy an Xbox 360 game to an 8.5 gigabyte DVD R and be played back on my 360 WITHOUT MODDING IT. It doesnt have to be free but under 50 bucks would be nice.

Suggestion:

Any software that breaks the copyright/encryption protection is illegal. So any software that can copy an xbox game is illegal, which is why you cant find any software to do it at legit stores.
