Remove the Case of the Console and take out both the DVD drive and the HDD(hard disk drive)

Apply THERMAL PASTE, which you will be able to purchase from any electronic store, to the top of the GPU
STEP 4
Align and place heat sink back on top.
STEP 5
Place back the X clamp that keeps the heat sink to the motherboard
STEP 6
Put DVD and HDD back to their prior positions
STEP 7
Replace casing and TEST the system
