Xbox Live Connection Help (:?

My Xbox live connects through the network but then stops when it gets to the Internet part, I've called Comcast and Xbox and thru have no clue, I've bought a new router and got a new modem and it still don't work, I've tried everything please help, I've tried to put stuff in manually and unplug all that and etc. I've done all kinds of trouble shooting

I am trying to put a new credit card in my xbox live account, but every time I enter the information it sais "Please enter a valid credit card number"… i entered the number in EXACTLY as it showes on my card dozens of times… and i do have money in my card… and i have no restrictions on it… HELP!!
