Xbox 360 Dvd Drive (professional Help Please)?

Two fuses on my Lite-on DVD drive circuit board blew. So I bought a Benq DVD drive on accident. My problem is I cant play my Xbox 360 games, but i can play DVDs and CDs. I did some research and i need to extract the key from my Lite-on drive, but i cant because the board is messed up so bad that it wont even turn on. My question, Is there any way i can download a firmware so my Benq DVD drive with out my console being banned. (I just wont to play my games not Burnt games) I don't wont to buy a new Xbox 360, because my Xbox 360 is seriously MODDED its in a PC case and water cooled, i also sodered a ATX PSU to it and two Xbox 360 HDD drives that are Hardwired in parallel.

and 2nd, no, there is no firmwear that will not get you banned. the thing that comes to mind is the xbox 360 hd-dvd player, it is a first party part device, so it might work
