Xbox 360 Black Screen When Playing Burned Games?

I have my xbox 360 flashed to 1.6
I have gotten some games from torrents.
When I burn them and insert them into my xbox 360..it does say "play game"..when I select that it just goes to a blank screen…any ideas?…and yes I am using dvd+r dl's

Suggestion:

That would be illegal. It doesn't matter if you own a copy of the game. You do not own the copyright to that game so you do not have any right to download or make a pirated backup of it. I wish people would understand this.
