What's a Fair Price for Flashing an Xbox 360 to Play Burned Games?

I had an offer to flash my 360 for $45 plus 2 games. I just posted it on Craigslist but I didn't know if it was a fair price or not. I'm not looking for any "Well it depends if you do it yourself" answers, just someone else who paid to get theirs flashed and prices. Thanks!

Suggestion:

I used to hack PSPs for $100 each, then let them fill their hard drive with as many games as they wanted from my collection of 500 games.

Never got into the XBox hacking, but that's a more than fair price if they do it correctly.
