Stealthing Xbox 360 or Games?

I have just got my xbox 360 flashed by a guy in the neighborhood. He says its stealthed. He also burned me some games. I am looking up to burn my own games on my mac with verbatim dl +R with iburn 360. I am looking up how to burn with iburn360 and I am just a little confused. Is the firmware stealthed or the games stealthed? or both? I have to stealth games too? what do I use to do that?
