I've decided to steal and profit off of someone else's hard work, making me no better than those companies that use child labor in asia to manufacture their goods. How do I make it OK to do this?

Personally, I believe thieves should be publicly flogged & beaten. The industry suffers enough because of people like this. You may say it's just me they make enough money as is. NO IT'S NOT JUST YOU. MOST OF THEM DON'T. Do you know how many games developers in the last ten years have gone bankrupt because of poor sales. Hundreds. Some of them were even pretty good, Who knows what cool games they might have made if you b@$t@rd$ hadn't existed. Then again what do you care. As long as you get enough cash for your next fix. You are wasting the air that I breath. The sooner you OD, the better.

first off, no. ive bought a thing that is supposed to be semi illegal and i wouldnt recommend it but if you do there isnt really a way you can be caught anyways. second, if you sell a burned 360 game, it may make the other player be kicked out of LIVE so i dont think anyone's that stupid to buy a burned game from anyone let alone use one
Will you get caught? Maybe not. Is it legal? No. It's legal to burn copies of discs for your own backup needs because you own the original copy. Even giving a copy away for free is illegal. Selling one is super illegal. If you want to distribute it to friends you can upload to a site like piratebay.org (still illegal) but if your goal is making money then your best bet is to sell it person to person to people you trust. Either way, it's highly illegal and if you get caught it's a very hefty fine
So, you want to sell someone elses intellectual property and you're asking whether it's o.k to sell them on Craigslist? If you're that dumb you deserve to be caught and fined millions of dollars.
