Is It Okay to Leave a Game Inside the Xbox 360 After You Turn It Off?

I've heard that playing a game hours on end, and then just leaving it in the xbox might burn it. I've been leaving games in my xbox ever since I got it and some games are starting to get burns. (This is probably an age issue due to my 5 year old 360)

Suggestion:

If you are seeing burns on your games i suggest not doing it anymore. But if you decide to keep doing it, at least install the games to the harddrive. That would lessen the chance of a burned game, because games dont spin when installed
