Suggestion:
It should work but the thing is that you WILL be banned from Xbox Live pretty soon after.
Microsoft can still see what you do offline because the next time you play online, then they can scan your profile details.
So, if you play, you will get your xbox 360 banned from xbox live and you will be out $300 for a new xbox.
