Good Ideas for My Boyfriends Birthday Present?

My boyfriends birthday is coming up this Saturday and I got him a shirt but I'm afraid it's too big, so does anyone have an idea for a backup plan? I can buy or make it. I'm a pretty good drawer too. Thanks:) Sophie btw I'm not going to get xbox games cause he plays too much and I can't burn CDs. He's getting a new car tomorrow.
