Dropped Xbox? Will Eb Games Cover It on My 12 Month Warranty Even Though It is Not Broken It is Cracked.?

Ok so i was walking to my lounge when my leg hit the ethernet cable that it connected to the xbox for xbox live, the xbox then fell off my shelf which is approximately1m high and hit the ground, it was on and had madden 11 inside, so i picked up the xbox and placed it on the lounge, it was cracked on the outside and one corner is cracked pretty badly. So i plugged it in and it turned on, Madden however was unreadable ( i was surprised it even got to this stage) so i took Madden out and consequently it had pretty severe ring burn, so ill have to get that cleaned, but then i put Call Of Duty in, and that worked fine, i got the the menu, did some navigation, and everything worked well. So now i am stressing, my xbox sitting on a lower bench, lol and me on the computer at 4:44 looking for an answer to this question, Will EB Games give me a new Xbox as i am currently midway through my 12 month warranty with the store? Now the Xbox is still working but the outside is badly cracked and i dont want to risk failure in the future??

Well, you can't do anything. It's your fault, so they are not held responsible. However if it gets a red ring of death, then you would be able to exchange it. If the crack has not stopped it from working, then they wouldn't replace it anyway. They are a business trying to make money, so they are not going to help when you do something that may make them more money. You may want to read the warranty to see if it does cover accidents.
