Disc Unreadable Xbox 360 After 3 Minutes of Gameplay?

Im playing Dante's Inferno for xbox 360 and about 5 minutes into playing it, it tells me the disc is unreadable and then exits out of the game. My console was modded and got banned a couple months ago and the game is burned… How do I fix this? Can I without opening my console up?
