Can the Police Track Burned Xbox 360 Games?

i want 2 burn some xbox 360 games but i dont know if any1 can track them

Answer:

No they can't and you can always say it was for back up. Also, you need a modded xbox to play burned games, the biggest problem is that your xbox live will get banned if your found out

There is no way to "track" if a game has been copied or not. The only way this might be done is if the game had online features and both you and the person you copied it from logged on at the same time, and the company that hosted the servers was – for some reason – tracking individual game serials / encryptions. However, so far as I know, no console game has this sort of function built in.

However, playing online with a hacked XBOX does open your account to scrutiny by Microsoft, who DO check accounts for tampering. I don't have a 360 myself so I don't know exactly what they look for or what "flags" an account, but it's safe to say that you might want to stay away from pirated games if you plan on keeping your Live account.

probly if u are connected to the net due to the whole ip address and such
