Can Someone Give Me a List of Games That Will Get You Banned if You Play Them on the Xbox 360 with the Update?

My friend got his xbox flashed recently (about 1 week ago) and people are getting banned for playing certain burnt games, does anyone have a list of games that you can play without getting banned?
