Burning Torrented Games to Disc for Console?

my friend deals with torrents, and i just wanted to know if he can download an xbox game, burn it to a disc, and then play it on an xbox (or other disc consoles)
and i know its bad, but i cant stop him so dont tell me how illegal it is and what not, just a simple answer and an explantion of how to do it

Defiantly not on PS3, they're made on Blue-ray disc, no one has (yet) hacked that.
