Backing Up My Xbox 360 Games..please Help!?

Will Memorex work or only Verbatim? If Memorex will work, at what speed do I need to burn it at? I heard like with Verbatim it has to be 2.4, but that Memorex it needs to be set at 8. Is that right? I have burned at 2.4 with Memorex, but to no avail. Please help. And I don't know if this is in the right section, if not, sorry. As you can tell I am a noob!
And I use ImgBurn if that helps any

This depends on the dvd burner, some don't like memorex and have a higher fail rate

Some advice is to burn at lowest speed possible and tick the verify box on ImgBurn before starting to check for errors at the end, if there are errors in the burn process the console won't read it
